Barg Singer Hoesly regularly represents property owners and investors in connection with the financing and refinancing of properties and development projects, including loans with commercial banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, commercial mortgage-backed security (“CMBS”) lenders, and governmental lenders. We have expertise in negotiating and preparing loan documents and an understanding of current market terms for real estate loans. In addition to our experience working with institutional lenders, we are experienced with representing borrowers and lenders in private-money lending and seller-carried financing transactions involving real estate.
