For over 30 years, Barg Singer Hoesly has advised clients on a broad range of real estate and business transactions, development projects, and disputes.
From the early stages of negotiating purchase and sale agreements and performing due diligence to real property financing, closing, development, and leasing, we provide insightful strategy with an eye towards the entrepreneurial needs of our clients. And for clients facing real estate and business disputes large and small, our seasoned team brings its substantial courtroom experience to work tirelessly but efficiently towards a successful resolution, whether that is achieved before a lawsuit is filed, on the courthouse steps, at trial, or on appeal.
Led by our founder, Jonathan Barg, and Jonathan Singer, who joined the firm in 2017, our real estate team’s development experience spans from retail, office, health care, and industrial projects to multifamily, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Our transactional clients include a leading developer and operator of industrial business parks in the Pacific Northwest, a multi-generational development firm focusing on of multifamily and office properties in the Portland area, the Oregon office of a subdivision developer with a national footprint, one of Oregon’s largest food-service businesses, and multiple Fortune 500 companies.
The addition of Cody Hoesly in 2023 has enabled the firm to provide more comprehensive service to its clients.
