• Representation of Portland-area shopping center owner on simultaneous termination of “big box” pharmacy, which had gone dark, and replacement with new long-term 20,000 square foot lease to leading national fitness chain.

• Negotiation of lease termination for 21,000-square-foot commercial space in Washington County, Oregon.

• Workout of lease to Central Oregon recreational facility on behalf of property owner, including recovery of in excess of $100,000.00 in delinquent rent without the need to file lawsuit.

• Representation of Portland office building owner in connection with negotiation of termination fee for early lease termination with Bay Area technology startup tenant.

• Representation of Central Oregon property owner in connection with simultaneous buyout of lease by existing retail tenant and negotiation of new lease with replacement tenant.

• Representation of landlord in dispute with international software company tenant over a wrongful attempt by the tenant to terminate the lease with about $1.5 million in remaining rent obligations. The tenant withdrew the wrongful termination and agreed to perform under the lease.
