Lauren assists the attorneys at Barg Singer with the preparation of documents, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, entity formation documents and resolutions. She also assists with legal research and the coordination of closings. In addition, Lauren manages the firm’s billing, accounting and other administrative functions.

Before joining Barg Singer Hoesly, Lauren worked in the records department at Stoel Rives/Epiq in Portland. Prior to moving to Oregon, she sold books to Elena Kagan (among others) at Kramerbooks in Washington, D.C.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading and watching and playing soccer.
